We have been in contact with our Introducer Appointed Representatives regarding compliant finance marketing requirements. I can’t see that you have discussed any of these recently with a member of our team, so wanted to let you know what’s required and what should not be used.

We require an IAR’s website to display the following for compliance with the company:

Status Disclosure – this is required as a minimum whether advertising a finance option or not.
Finance Banner
Finance Calculator

All the above can be found on your Phoenix Portal. Please log in and on the left-hand side menu go to “Resources” and then “Links and Tools”. Your current Status Disclosure can be found at the top of this page. This needs to be copied and pasted onto your website. Further down the page, you will find your Finance Banner and the link to your Calculator. The Banner can be embedded with the link to the calculator.

Please do not display any additional finance marketing text, Phoenix logos or leaflets and any type of representative examples. This is not compliant, and we will ask for it to be removed.

These marketing compliant requirements are overdue for all IAR’s, so I would be grateful if you could get the required information added to the website as soon as possible. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact myself or a member of the team.
